did not do this course for my appraisal but for personal curiosity and interests related to my job roles.

I enjoyed the course and will be putting things ( that I picked up) into practice.

I was quite hesitant attending this course, as I am not at the management level most of the attendees are at. Mike, was very engaging, and involved everyone on the course equally and has excellent presentation skills. Over all I have taken a lot from this course, and it has given me a different view not only in a coaching environment but also day to day meetings.
