Very informative and educational course session. Easy to understand and comprehend all the information that's being offered. Team exercises allowed for a chance to get to know and talk to other participants of the course. Claire, the trainer is very friendly and patient.
The session with Claire today was really good. I have enjoyed it and learnt more about the background of our organisation. I hope that the communication between me and the training provider will improve in the future.

Interesting course to see what information could be applied to my existing 16 years worth of sales experience, never heard of PESTLE before (done similar/subconsciously but never knew the name etc) will definately be applying it to everyday things
