Very useful course, would have been better if we had at least two speakers. In light of Pandemic, should have been more discussion/tips on telephonic communication.

Fantastic down to earth trainer that put us at ease immediately. The course itself was incredibly helpful and really easy to understand due to Claire’s training skills, this made it very easy to implement any training into my day to day role. Would definitely recommend.
