I have personally found the training very informative, educational, with very important topics that I believe every employee at any organization should be aware. The interaction among the participants made the training very interesting and fun.

Fun interactive session, good to be reminded of issues it can bring to the business as we approach sales again. To be mindful of ensure everyone knowledge of products and services to prevent issues down the line.
