The courses had relevant and engaging content, it was well presented, the timing was about right and discussion was encouraged. There was a lot of information to reflect upon, as well as practical approaches to combatting unconscious bias on a day-to-day basis and in the recruitment process.

A very enjoyable course, very much liked the mixture of formats (i.e. use of slides, break-out rooms, videos, chat polls, and not simply a totally slide based session).
