Great Training on Emotional Intelligence. One sentence that resonated with me throughout the weekend after the training was "it is not what happens to us when an issue arises that is the problem, but the story we tell ourselves in our head that triggers the emotions. it was a very informative and at the same time very clear , on ' How a senior SAS grade doctor ' should start thinking to process the paper work for : coding / autonomous practice . its very important and essential to quantify all their great work they do for each trust .
