Mike was an extremely engaging course leader, the session ran very well virtually (I was unable to attend the physical session) and 3 hours flew by. The content was good and has definitely given me food for thought. Looking forward to the future sessions.

A great day training - really enjoyed the discussions around cases and the opportunity to support others to write a response and help with my experience. Well timed course, good pace and nice breaks as well

a very informative course which made the issues of complaints accessible and applicable. learnt somevery good top tips
