The trainer was very engaging and explained things in a very interesting way, I would highly recommend her. The course was interesting, with good ideas (break out rooms, examples etc...)

The course was interesting look into peoples behaviour, how to assess & how to deal with individuals effectively. Claire delivered the course in a way that you could understand, absorb & Enjoy. Thank you Claire would recommend to all new managers

Despite having done a similar course before, Claire made the day go very quickly because she engaged with everyone and got everyone involved. The day was very informal and all colleagues made the day enjoyable. To be blatantly honest, I wasn't looking forward to the day as these type of training days can drag and feel like a waste of a day, but as the above comments, I did enjoy it and gained some new tools to take forward. Well done Claire.

Claire presented the course very well and made it very clear and concise. I’ve been on a number of courses previously and this was the most enjoyable but at the same time I got a lot of new skill out of it.
