We had a slightly shorter session today because of fewer attendees and I preferred this at 2.5 hours instead of 3 hours. Mike is a good presenter/coach - engaging and listens well, acknowledges what each participant says and gives good advice that has practical use.

Really lovely trainer with a friendly and very likeable approach to the course, getting everyone thoroughly involved. I would recommend this, although maybe a longer course to get more out of it. Thank you
