Great session, learned couple of tips to be an effective communicator
It was good course to get a general idea about comm skills. Yet, I would like to see more content on how to best deliver your message to different target audiances ( e.g. c-board, executives) and how to give a message on succint and structured way

Claire is a great facilitator. She kept the whole group engaged and her personality shines through her training. Claire is always happy to discuss peoples ideas and answer any questions thrown her way. The course so far has been very interesting.
