Lots of useful informations I really appreciate that

Intense 2 days of training. fully worth it. useful in day to day dealing at work and life in general. Appreciate the slow calm tone of the trainer. Enjoyed everybit. Remember Clear is kind and unclear is unkind

This is the second course I've been on with Laura and I've found her an excellent facilitator, and extremely knowledgeable about her subject. There were many really practical insights on how to handle difficult conversations and how to identify potential areas of friction.

I think the course can be managed in one day, rather than 2 days
