Really enjoyed this course (loved the first one as well) but this one was more Staff / Sales oriented. Claire is a great trainer and gets the best out of us by the way she talks to us and the questions she asks. Would be happy to do more training with Claire and Maguire training.

Very detailed and informative. Practical exercises very engaging. Trainer very good.
