The whole session was really valuable and I feel prepared in my expectations of the new upcoming process. Sam delivered the training brilliantly and she made me feel comfortable to participate in the session.
The first 30 mins of the presentation was just used to introduce everyone individually. While I get the sentiment behind it I think a hello from each group would have done. I work the night shift and have had to wait back for this, speeding it up would be great.
Generally a good concise meeting with all relevant information passed on in a timely manner
