Thought it was an excellent session with the right amount of groups, films and presentation. Thankyou and really looing forward to the next session.

A really good course which gave structure to a lot of what I already do. It is very hard running a communication course on zoom but the regular break out rooms and varied content meant it ran well. The leader was excellent and coped well with the varied nature of the group and tried to involve everyone. I think if the meeting had been face to face then some role play would have been good to practice some of the techniques

Excellent two-day course with an vast array of topics covered at good pace and with lot of interaction. We are carrying forward many excellent learning point and directly will impact our clinical practice for the good

Very useful course, would have been better if we had at least two speakers. In light of Pandemic, should have been more discussion/tips on telephonic communication.

Very informative and interactive, thoroughly enjoyed session 1 and looking forward to session 2!
