A really useful course all round really well delivered and has reminded me of many old practices as well as introduced lots of new methods that will help me moving forward
Really enjoyed the course. Steve delivered and explained the material well. It was engaging and enjoyable and I will review and use the material we learned.
The training was overall good and useful, although the length of the topic would be better addressed into a 2-3 days workshop. The topics touched were very interesting and with a practical connotation, despite discussed in a quick way.
Overall it was such a valuable training and enhanced our skills very well.
Great content. Good balance of breakout rooms and high quality slides interspersed with Mike's theatrical delivery, wit and sharp humor. Could have done with more time on the business case/ story telling which was rushed at the end.
