Friendly atmosphere and course leader Introduction too long
Personally , I didn't find the course very useful. I was looking for suggestions/advice on how to deal with difficult conversations with egs. of different scenarios. I felt, we spent more time talking to other attendees in introduction.The slides shown didn't tell me anymore than the basics of any communication skill which we all knew already.
