Friendly atmosphere and course leader Introduction too long
Personally , I didn't find the course very useful. I was looking for suggestions/advice on how to deal with difficult conversations with egs. of different scenarios. I felt, we spent more time talking to other attendees in introduction.The slides shown didn't tell me anymore than the basics of any communication skill which we all knew already.
Too much time spent on initial introduction, rushed through sliedes, not enough discussion
Looking forward to more similar courses in the future
Excellent tutor Course was very relavent, despite technical issues Steph presented the course very well.
It was a very useful course which made me have opinion for autonomos working and how it can be achieved.
