It was very enlightening. The training helped me to appreciate other cultures, diversities, and languages. One must put the patients first in all with good communication.

I found Mike easy to listen to and the content interesting and very useful. I prefer courses like this one where we spend time looking at what we will take away to improve, rather than ones with lots of content but no direct relevance. The length of time (3 hours) was just right.

I expected to role-play some patient scenarios around different subjects such as denial and collusion etc. we didn’t do this but we did cover lots of good communication tools, topics and approaches. I did really enjoy the training overall

Very worthwhile course. Provided me with some useful tools to take back and use everyday in conversations with my patients in making them worthwhile and more meaningful providing better support and more effective signposting.
