Could have done with more time. Great course, but perhaps could have done with another hour, seemed like it just got going towards the end or could have done with losing the first half an hour.

Mike was very knowledgeable and put everyone at ease

Great energy and some good take home tips/ advice with managing “warm” inbound calls. Sometimes we all get complacent and don’t treat all calls with the respect/ time they deserve. Thanks Mike
