It has been a very insightful and informative 2 days. There was a good mix of activities and formal content. Sam presented the information in a clear, engaging and relatable way and managed to keep the subject matter informative (there were no propping up my eyelids moments). Overall, a very valuable and well delivered course.
Sam was engaging and very good at managing the group energy and recognising when breaks or activities were needed. Very knowledgeable about the subjects which is evident by the amount of off script content that was delivered.
