This is the second session with Claire and I found the first so useful implementing some with the team. I have struggled a lot with behavioural and conduct based objectives, and splitting it down to wording and measurables has been so helpful. The theory behind delegation and RACI makes it easier to decide how and what to delegate, in a very busy environment it's easy to just do it yourself but having it spelt out like this is easier to trial in practice.

I think that Claire was really engaging and the tasks she had us do really do make you think in depth about the points that have been raised. I think we're all guilty of letting a full day session completely wash over our heads, but the tasks and fun activities cement the learns in to place and make it much easier to remember your key points as you come out the session. The work books and the ability to write down your actions plan is great.
