I'm naturally quiet and I have always panicked in any type of sales conversation. I'm not a Sales Person and expected to feel quite uncomfortable on the training course. I was wrong!! Even though it was well out of my comfort zone I didn't feel uncomfortable once and learnt a lot about starting and managing the conversations that I would usually avoid. The course was extremely valuable to me, thank you so much Mike!
