The course was incredibly informative, with all learning styles included for myself and others on the course. I felt that I could ask ask many questions as possible and they gave me every detailed answer i needed and the instructions / theory were so clear
The training is very good and I learnt alot from the training one of the better companies I have had training from.Jack is so knowledgeable and engaging and easy to get on with and explained everything..... On a plus point he saved my life

I found today’s training really useful and completely refreshed my training on positive behaviour, the breakaway techniques and a refresher on the national guidelines. Linsey is really helpful and full of positive advice when questions have been asked
Really good training, I learnt alot, also new break away moves. I have done this training before and didn't learn the move I got shown today. Excellent delivery from Linsey ward.
