Level 2. Excellent course. I was nervous initially but was instantly set an ease and laughing. Feel so confident in my skills working with young people, preventing, deescalating, and responding to danger. Ben was/is amazing, has inspired me and identified my strengths. Life changing and so Empathetic.

Great course . I believe I could put some technic into the practice, however I feel I do already but hopefully more effectively in the future. I don’t think the test on the end is necessary.

Matt was extremely engaging during the course. He knew the course and was able to offer good example that I could identify with. He was happy to go over the break aways with me several times, without me feeling silly for not getting them straight away. Matt was able to keep my attention throughout the day.

Good to refresh what was previously taught, understanding PBS helps me better manage the behaviours of our clients

Good mix of theory and practical. Very interactive session. Very relaxed
