The course was a great start to change how the behaviour is perceived in the healthcare settings, Jack and Ben gave a detailed breakdown of the course and helped us get engaged well. Scott was great at instructing the lesson today, giving clear instructions and examples throughout the day, was great to have a refresher especially as in the home I work, Physical intervention is not a common occurrence, thankyou Scott.
