Amy was very fun and informative on training, she made it easy to understand and was helpful with everything we needed. She also provided adequate breaks for people, which was nice. It was lovely meeting Amy today! X

I found the PBS training really good, Amy was very thorough and went over information over the 3 days to recover what we had already learnt. Amy is a Fantastic teacher/trainer. I walked out of my PBS training confidently knowing what I have learnt. Thankyou again
