I think PBS training was very helpful win terms of when to be restrained and not restrained. I did like the practical part it was very helpful

Georgie and Katie did great during the training. Giving clear information. Patience during the techniques for people to catch up. Venue could do with more space due to heat and poor ventaliation.Response : Thank you, Victor, for your feedback.
