Ben was excellent made the course very interesting and taught us a lot. I feel I am quite confident if I had to use these skills on anybody. Thus course was by the best off the 3 I did . I wished Ben had done them all.
The course was very useful, easy to understand and very engaging.Ben is absoulutely brilliant with this course.
Really engaging and involving, learnt so much that will help in practice day to day!
Hopefully not something I’ll ever have to use but I feel more confident and comfortable with the skills provided. Jaime was informative and helpful. Thank you :)
Interactive and really useful. Course trainer was really supportive and taught both theory and practical elements of the day well. Encouraged less confident staff and gave great feedback.
Tutor really good, Really good for future safety
