Overall the course was good, Ben was very friendly and welcoming. Suggestion would be in the TNA would be to share the gaps in the staffs knowledge demonstrated through their work history. For example a lot of the staff struggling with engagement at primary level, different activities and record keeping. Some areas required more discussion and involvement from the staff. Some staff seemed to coast through some of the knowledge section. Practical was good perhaps more practical during the knowledge section. Overall really positive staff seemed to engage will be good to watch staff and how they put the training into use.

Brilliant knowledge - any questions I had he had information and experience to explain and inform. , good skills when demonstrating breakaway techniques , very helpful, thinks on his feet.
