Really beneficial day. In my role, I deal with challenging behaviour a lot. This day has given me the tools to manage situations safely. Kirstie was very good. Explained everything well and demonstrated well. Good group work.
A really interactive course, really liked the trainer, he was really engaging and kept the group going and motivated even with the inevitable post lunch drop
