AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Very interactive session and learnt alot about the reasons why people act the way they do. I have more empathy for people who have behavioural challenges and will take what I learnt into my practice and into my personal life.

Absolutely fabulous course the trainer was brilliant and very knowledgeable in his training. Liam delivered the course fantastically. I feel I’ve learnt hugely from this course and will take back to my ward and implement and also pass on to colleagues what I’ve learnt

Really enjoyed the course, slightly repetitive in parts but Liam made it incredibly enjoyable and his knowledge was superb. I will be able to use the content in my everyday work with ease and also use strategies in everyday life situations

PBS is a training essential to all healcare professionals to improve knowledge on how to manage behaviors to improve quality of life without discrimination or terming anyone as difficult. Liam is a great trainer ensuring we all understand and always willing to refer back when needed

Trainer Liam was Brilliant at presenting the course.. He made sure everything was covered that we needed to know.. Will definitely be using the information on the ward in future and the different strategies for different behaviours that were taught today.. Liam also made sure we all got involved and understood everything before moving on..
