I feel the hand book could have bigger boxes to input more information, some boxes could have some information from slides already input so I could spend more time listening to the instructor over writing notes over all the course was delivered fantastic one of the best courses I have attended in a long time a lot of valuable information to take back and implement within my organisation to improve my service of support to the individualsResponse : Hi Vicky.
