Lovely to have e a training course, ran by an instructor who is passionate, energetic and knowledgeable about what they are delivering. Always willing to find the answer if he doesn't have it already.

Extremely informative course. Allowing me to support my residents better using primary and secondary control measures. As well as tertiary control measures. Harry was very knowledgeable and managed to answer all of my silly questions. Patient and understanding when teaching the breakaway techniques and restrictive maneuvers

Lee was a very good instructor, very knowledgeable and helped to apply real life scenarios to theory and allowed us to do the same about our practice.

The course and its content and materials were very informative and useful and I left feeling more condoms capable at my job. Scott was also an amazing trainer who led the course in a way that made it easy to understand and always made sure we knew exactly what was being taught and helped me digest the knowledge.

Useful, open conversation - really helpful using specific situations and people to have realistic, contextual training. Booklet was clear and accessible. Personal engagement dipped when lots of info and less discussion points but overall very good (unavoidable delay in morning did make me colder/sleepier in morning too, can't be helped but future reference).

Really lovely for the course to be delivered a bit more non formal allowing us time to ask questions and chat about scenarios
