Came very unprepared for this kind of training (my own fault!) but have been very pleased with pace or training and course content. Very practical and good demos, I liked the practical examples Chantelle gave from her working life too

It was interesting and trainer was very pleasant and engaging

The overall course was good with elements which can be adapted to support working with children and families. Chantelle was approachable, knowledgeable and creative in adapting the model to the context that we work
Very imformative 2 days , learning valuable skills and having a better understanding of what may be needed. Alan was very clear with explantions and didnt bite at all.
The course was well explained with a lot of study and reasoning you will get better at it practicing at your place of work.
