Too much small talk and jokes. It got beyond point long when was no necesary. Practical bit was fun Trainner was good though but didnt feel he was seeing the staff point of view and was here to scold us about how we treated patients. Otherwise very helpfullResponse : Hi Armando. Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt that the trainer could have made it a better learning experience for you. We have shared this feedback with them and, as we teach on the course, will engage in some reflective practice with them.

Ben's passion for helping vulnerable humans is so beautiful to have experienced he has been able to five great real life examples to back up everything that he teaches and his general teaching style will certainly encourage people to evaluate and reflect on the current practice that they are using while caring for the most vulnerable people in our society

The course was very helpful, I am confident that I can now manage and communicate with our young people when I notice they are leaving baseline. I have also learned using retrain as the last resort. I am happy I was enrolled to this course and looking forward to putting this knowledge into my daily use
