Great course very well delivered

Really good course very informative and relevant to my job Lee delivered the content excellently

The course was facilitated by a friendly facilitator who engaged the trainees with various learning style. I found the content of the course very useful , It would be helpful if there was a short video with the PBS moves so that they can be practised .

I was really happy with the course instructor, he went out of his way to ensure we all understand the whys, how’s and do’s. I feel confident in any future incidents will have in education.
