Jamie delivered an excellent PBS care course that was both engaging and highly informative. He was consistently polite and approachable, creating a comfortable learning environment for everyone involved. His explanations were clear and easy to understand, making even more complex topics accessible to the whole team. The pace of the course was well balanced, allowing us enough time to fully take in and reflect on the information without feeling rushed. Jamie interacted really well with the group, encouraging participation and making sure everyone felt included and confident to contribute.
