The course was very interesting and very interactive. Jack was able to answer all of the questions asked and very experienced and knowledgeable on the topic. I look forward to the next time we do training as it was a good 2 days and I learnt a lot!

The course was well taught by Scott, and the practical training was excellent too. I learned so much from the training that I am confident to work with any service user with challenging behavior. This training opened my eyes and exposed me to a lot of skills that will be very helpful when working on shift. It was indeed a great one.
