The course was very informative, Liam was good at breaking things down when needed. I feel like I will be a lot more confident in my job role when having to assist future behaviours of concern.

Course was brilliant trainer went out of his way to ensure everybody was on the right track, Kept it simple and offered various repeats incase people didn't have the confidence to speak up, Strong voice and ability to take control over the Training session, Ability to be the voice of the room, Amazing ability to offer support in a lone tone, 1 to 1 regarding getting it right.

-Good trainer -Presented well -Simplified information and physical interventions down well to a point that I understand -learnt new physical restraints -listened to me, understood me and answered my questions to an amazing extent -extremely helpful
