AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

The course was very informative. I particularly found the Arousal model useful in behavioural insights. The booklet was useful to fill in throughout the day.

Really good delivery of course. Engaging. Made me think more about behaviours and the reason why which I will have in mind.

Kirsty explained everything really clearly and I enjoyed her stories, which made the training engaging. The part that I will take away will be being less reactive. For example, a student kicking over a chair I will check in and ask if they're okay first to prevent escalation - as this is what I'd do for a colleague

Kirsty was fantastic, she explained everything clearly and in an engaging way. I found it really helpful that trainers have had real world experience and can further explain ideas with anecdotes and examples. This was really helpful, especially when we asked about certain specifics. Thank you!
