I am lucky to have been trained by the best Jack . Very elaborate, respectful and knowledgeable. I can now confidently manage behavior that challenges without doubt. I recommend Sherwood to everyone.

Learnt a lot from factors influencing behaviour, it gave me a proper view on what influences or knownin cues to some certain behaviour and how to de- escalate behaviour

I have learned more on the restriction skills and have gained knowledge on how to handle service user as well as protecting my self. The trainer was clear ,calm and respectful.

The course was amazing and really informative. The skills was exciting good to learn. I enjoyed how it is non-pain compliant. The skills really do work and the trainer is an amazing person and did a fantastic job in delivering the course. Very helpful and good at explaining and delivering. Had a really good course.
