Very good refresher training. Katie & Georgie, were very engaging, and open to discussions regarding PBS, Arousals, restraints and our young person, making the training very person centred.Response : Hi Elizabeth. Good to learn new breakaway skills that I’d not learnt before. Feel more confident in how to stay safe if needed, though hopefully I won’t have to use them!
