Enjoyed the mode and delivery of the PBS course. The two day period was great and the contend is very relevant to my work

I think the course was really good and the trainer Lee explained everything to the best for us all to understand as the learners. He explained all the scenarios of getting out of situations if we were to ever encounter them in real life situations. I believe I have taken a lot from this course and was very useful.
