Great course very informative with all the little changes from the last time I did this course

Feedback for georgie – Sherwood Physical Intervention Jodi responded well during the physical intervention session and remained cooperative throughout. Appropriate intervention techniques were used to maintain safety and support de-escalation. Jodi was given clear instructions and reassurance, which helped reduce distress and allowed the situation to be managed effectively. Following the intervention, Jodi was provided with time and support to regulate emotions and return to activities safely. Overall, the intervention was carried out appropriately, with the wellbeing and dignity of all involved maintained at all times. Kerry Gilbert

For Ria's second solo training session I thought she was exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable, able to answer every question I asked, no matter how silly or unrelated. Ria had patience and it showed that her practice is promoted by client safety and wellbeing

This is Ria's second time in this training course, she did an amazing job you would have thought she has been doing this forever
