I think the course was knowledgeable and has lots of information and johnathan was very good with helping me to understand the pbs training to the best of my ability

Liam was fantastic trainer, hard to follow the theory just with PowerPoint and being quite long. But Liam made it interesting and not boring and showed the practical skills very effectively and checked everyone thoroughly. Provide lots of support and made me feel comfortable to ask questions

I would have liked to have practice restraints with more resistance to get more realistic Experience of what it would be like in real life. The humer from trainer made the theory more interesting and engaging.Response : Hi Steph, thank you for your feedback and we will pass these comments onto the trainer.
