Felt the training was very informative and enjoyed it being split up between the practical and theory. Felt the demonstrations were very informative and shown well. Was nice to be given the amount of time needed to go through the movement. Trainer was helpful in correcting and showing.

Very useful and informative. However questions 2 and 18 were frustrating as while the intended correct answer was obvious both answers could be feasibly correctResponse : Thank you Alice for leaving great feedback. We we look to gain further information in regards to the questions as we are always striving to improve.

It was a good and I informative course, I havnt done self harm training before and I have learnt alot. I liked that there was group work and it was somewhat interactive.
