The morning/and early afternoon theory is quite a heavy slog. Maybe an energiser after lunch? Content excellent, very well and knowledgeably delivered. Lots of good anecdotal discussion amongst colleagues. Thank you.

I enjoyed the course, I thought it was insightful and informative. I think it would be beneficial for the medication and basic life support to be a little longer and more detailed. For example, we were told what to do if someone were to have a seizure but no details on how to recognise a seizure and the difference in seizures.Response : Hi Danni, Thank you for taking the time to leave detailed feedback. We know that our Associate Trainers work very hard to deliver high quality courses and I have personally sent them an email to share your comments on further training around Epilepsy and First Aid,

The course in relation to opening the eyes of clinical staff in to patient behaviour and that not all is black and white. Hopefully this will get clinical staff to maybe change their perceptions on how to deal with percieved troublesome behaviour and not go straight to the typical response if SECURITY!!! And then restrain.

Enjoyed the course, was interactive. Handled Difficult questions well. Only thing would be about use of language, staff saying they need to leave the ward - suggestions of how to change this such as I am frustrated so that language changes

I would say the training was fine and there were minutes breaks to get some rest and get back to it again. Overall I would say everything was a success and I believe I have learnt enough and gained the skill and knowledge needed.
