Amy was brilliant. I don't like training at all but Amy made it bearable. Thanks Amy

Ron was calm and pleasant throughout the training. He answered questions fully and ensured that each element of the training was fully understood before moving onto the next. He was able to give examples in a realistic manner which supported the training well. An intense training course over three days, lots of information to think. Very informative with well written training material provided would defiantly recommend this training.Response : Hi Raymond. Thank you for taking time to leave this excellent feedback. It is great to hear that you felt the delivery was specific to your organisation you work and that you would recommend the training to others. We'll ensure these lovely comments are passed onto Ron.

the course overall was good and its content was well structured, i think the trainer was engaging and made the day course interesting as well being able to answer questions for us. i feel that the material is enough to educate us but i do still feel that some breakaways are not included or do not offer appropriate safety, such as the rear naked choke.Response : Hi James. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I believe that the technique you are referring to is a MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) move. I think it is important to recognise that we are training staff in your organisation to work with young people who are victims of abuse and trauma and therefore the breakaway skills we teach are suitable for this population. If you have any further questions around this, it may be worth speaking to your line manager who I am sure will reassure you that the young people in your organisation all have individual risk assessments and positive behaviour support plans which identify their needs.
