It was a very informative and insightful course into the basics of RRN which I found to be wholly helpful and enlightening to my journey as a support worker.

The leader seemed to waffle a little bit at the beginning and it put me off a little but this also helped to make you feel at ease. He was really knowledgeable and good insight.
