Very interactive. Feel like I’ve learnt a lot on thus course. Very enjoyable. Will take the skills I’ve learnt into practice with me.
Amazing 2nd day, great flow throughout the day with presentation first followed by physical training after lunch. I will feel much safer if ever in these situations in work.
Amazing. The breakaway is very helpful for techniques and can be used safely. Definitely worth doing level 2 training. The trainer is very helpful and interactive.
