Dan was very supportive and ensured that everybody understood the elements of the course. He gave some very useful examples and I left feeling very confident.
It’s awesome. Very much interactive and inclusive.
The content of thr course was really informative and will help me going forwards to improve my own service and my own way of working. Refreshing on the breakaway techniques has made me more confident in using them. The course was made fun and informative for a great day overall.
