Sarah was great. Very easy to talk to and got us engaged and participating so it felt like a discussion rather than just being talked at. Very empathetic to my situation and didn’t make me feel silly for not being more assertive or handling something better.

Liked the break-out session; good idea to incorporate another one.
Response: Thank you for your feedback James, which is much appreciated. Unfortunately, we do not have sufficient time to include an extra breakout session in a half day course. We have though very much taken your comments on board and we are currently looking at developing some short practical follow up sessions, which will allow time for delegates to practice learnt knowledge under guidance.
A very well presented course, in easy to follow language. Pleasant and easy engagement with David, ensured that attention was kept at all times.... Very easy to be distracted when this is not the case. Would not hesitate to recommend and participate in the future.
