As a newcomer to insurance this provided a very useful high level overview. A massive, complex subject with the usual dizzying array of acronyms and jargon but by sticking to broad areas rather than fine detail the content was accessible and engaging.Response : Thanks for your feedback Paul, I am glad you enjoyed the course.

The course was very interactive and very well delivered. i was expecting the course to be a little dull and not very useful but the trainer kept everything moving along at a good pace and involved everyone all the time. I think this would be a very valuable course for all HR staff to do and anyone who has had to change their working practices personally and/or are helping others to adapt to a new way of working.Response : Thanks for the feedback, Trish, which is very much appreciated. Very insightful, I found it interesting to look back at the basics and analyse my writing, although it also makes me realise how little I concentrated in GCSE English....Response : Thanks for your feedback Jack, much appreciated. You and me both as far as GCSE English is concerned!
