As a complete newbie to LM, I have done a lot of reading on Success Factory and a lot of e-learnings about it. Unfortunately I have found it quite hard for a lot of that to stick- this session remedied a lot of that. The interactive nature allowed me to really take in acronyms, break down processes, and take away a lot more knowledge than anything else so far has.

As an introduction the course was really useful. There was a good split between general insurance and long-term savings. Course was very interactive and inclusive

The trainer 's way of communicating and the slides were very good in that the information was delivered in a way possible to follow and understand and very important it flowed, so that one's attention does not waiver away.

The material was very useful but because we are more than 3 delegates its difficult to ask and negotiate
Response: Thank you for your feedback Fatima. You have had the benefit of attending some of our courses with a much lower delegate number but all our webinars run with a maximum capacity of 10 delegates to allow for interaction and the opportunity to ask questions to the trainer.
